Ten Broeck Hospital offers evaluation services and a variety of outpatient programs at it's Elizabethtown Outreach Center.

The Outpatient Program

• Comprehensive evaluations at our office or at your site for psychiatric/ chemical dependency issues. (T.I.M.E. TEAM)
• Intensive Outpatient Chemical Dependency treatment for adolescents (S.T.E.P. PROGRAM) which includes the following:
• Individualized treatment plans
• Educational groups focusing on the disease concept, 12 steps of AA/NA, and Recovery Dynamics
• Introduction to relapse prevention
• Daily goal setting which includes discussion of outside meetings
• Group therapy
• Family education and therapy
• Aftercare Program
• Community Educational Programs which include: anger control, substance abuse, grief and loss, parenting skills and domestic violence.
• Referrals made for medication management as clinically indicated.

The schedule for the Adolescent Chemical Dependency Intensive Outpatient Program (STEP PROGRAM) is:

Family Program
Saturday
9:00 am - 12:00 P.M.
